Not buying all this rubbish about a Tipp resurgence, They win two minors and suddenly people are talking about them. Eoin Kelly is past his best, he was not that effective for Tipp last year, and ended up being dropped ! could you imagine Shefflin being dropped. When we put it up to Tipp last year, they did not want to know. I expece a Cork resurgence, I expect Limerick to make steady progress. I'd rather minor success to no success, what ye reckon todays minors being tomorrows stars.

I think they have been a fantastic set of minors for the last two years, Pa Bourke, Seamus hennesy,Noel McGragh, Brendan Maher..are all stars in the making.. It depends, that they develop physically, keep away from the two evils in life...Women and Booze :-)

I think rugby is making big in roads in Tipperary GAEJ have become aware of this new discussion forum and will be monitoring it. Comments like above will not be tolerated. For those of you unaware of GAEJ as unlikely as that is, we are the fastest growing organisation in Ireland fighting against Event Junkies and Bandwagons. Either type beware. John Gaej is www.clarehurlers.net the latest bandwagon? What is Gaej's view on this? check this out....... www.gaej.info/

Tipp will improve from last year, there's no doubting their potential, but this year may be too early for them. Some of their younger lads may not have the stomach as yet for savage intensity matches against the likes of KK, WD, LK, CL etc
My rankings right now would be: KK GW LM WD TP CK CL etc etc

That's true. But i expect them to be very strong this year. Arguably, they were the closest team to beating the cats last year. If they hadn't capitulated in the last 10mins, they'd have gone all the way from there imo. The good teams like Cork, Kilkenny and Tipperary don't use these excuses. For god's sake, people say this every year. Put Galway at the bottom and when they manage to win a meaningful game, we can then rate them somewhere. Every year you hear this guff about Galway that they are going well in the league, playing great in challange games and then they turn up in the heat of the championship and get bet out the gates.

I think rugby is making big in roads in Tipperary Truth why do you believe standards have dropped in Tipp hurling? You are from Clare yes? If I were you I would be more worried about how bad ye are then how Tipperary have dropped. We'll get back again soon, no worries there.
