Don't be promoting your socialist propaganda here HOD. Employees have it too easy days and an extra days work will do them no harm. Half of them spend their days in internet forums and social websites anyway. If they actually did a good days work they might have a case. You'd swear it was the first time ever that we had a leap year with the mumblings of the common man on this issue.

How does the Leap Year make any difference to those of us who are paid per week, per fortnight or per four weeks, which would certainly be an awful lot of people.

I renewed my TV Licence this week. As this is a Leap Year, I am getting an extra day's viewing free. Wonder did the writer in "de paper" allow for that benefit and others in what ia a nothing article. Paper never refused ink.
