curious to know
A) if u'd welcome davey fitz to the starting 15?
B) Think Frank Lohan has a fart's chance of having a succesful year at number 3?
C) Think Griffen and Forde could reproduce the form of old?
D) Think Gilly should take the frees this year?
E) What the general consensus is on brendan buglar and jonathan clancy what are they going to line out as?
F) what kind of leadership ability does BOC provide to a team thats won nothing since 1998, nearly 10 years ago?
G) Will Markham stay in the backs, or will we see him in the forwards this year?
H) And is there any depth on the bench?

A) Mac should play whichever goalie is in the best form. However if Davy plays and retires will this set Brennan back, being in and out of the team so to speak, esp in a position as important as goalkeeper.
B) I'd have my doubts. If he stays injury free then he could do alright Try him for a league game or 2 at full back and see. If we dont sort out no.3 things could be messy around the small square. He probably will be our best option for that position though.
C) Griffen yes. Forde havnt seen him hurl in the last few yrs so no comment.
D) No
E) After last yr I thought Bugler had a very good chance of nailing down tyhe no.6 jersey but again needs as much game time as possible. Dont know if he has the strength to compete against the bigger of the no.11s around i.e Seamus Prendagast. And this craic of picking the ball straight off the ground. Fair enough anyone can get done for it but when it happens him the ball isnt eben rolling, just sitting there
F) Fairly young to be a captain but if your good enough your good enough ( havnt been in the country to see any games this yr so no comment
G) Is he back on the panel? I for one hope he is. He still has the ability to start. IMHO he's been the best centre back on the club championship for the last few seasons. Lovely striker of the ball
H) Until we know what the settled 15 will be, its hard to call. If we have 3-4 subs capable of coming on and making an impact I for one will be satisfied. Having 1 to 15 sorted could be hard enough

Ha, Bugler, Gilly, Griffen, Forde, Clancy, Markham. Donkeys don't win derby's as a great traditional man once said.
