i'm all for the guards playing dirty with criminals. but they picked on this fella instead of proper criminals. why don't they torment the monk, the viper and all the limerick gangs instead?

i'm all for the guards playing dirty with criminals. but they picked on this fella instead of proper criminals. why don't they torment the monk, the viper and all the limerick gangs instead? tolerating guards playing dirty with criminals ends with frank short and the mcbreartys. if you allow individuals to step outside the rules you will always get situations like donegal. it is far easier to nail someone like frank short than it is to nail a real criminal who doesn`t start with the assumption that the guards are on his side.

I'm all on for cops playing dirty if it means we get some more scum off our streets. It might result in the odd innocent creature getting caught up in the net but those are the sacrifices one has to make.
